Cozy Hoods for a Bitter Winter

Last year -- over at the Larkin & Catcher store -- we made some really cute scarf hoods, which were based on a vintage pattern we had found in an old house we were living in. The hoods were lovely and were meant to be heading for sale in the store...

But those prototypes never made it into the store because we were very cold and shivery in that freezing old house and in the bitter winter streets of our ancient Scottish city. And we do so love hoods -- they remind us of fairy stories, (mostly) minus the wolves, and that coziness was too irresistible. Maybe one day...
